FAQ

  • There is ample meter parking near the salon as well as a parking lot just north of the salon on Clark st.

  • You should wait at least 24 hours before washing your hair after your appointment.

  • Full color involves coloring the entire head of hair, providing a uniform change or coverage, while partial color targets specific sections for dimension and depth, offering a more natural or customized result.

  • On average appointments last around 3 hours. Keep in mind this may vary depending on what we do to your hair, hair length, previous color, etc.

  • Salon maintenance should be scheduled every three months, provided you adhere to your at-home care routine. This includes brushing your hair twice a day and using the recommended products.

  • Appointments cancelled without 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of their booked service. No-shows will be charged 100%.

    If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment.
